This relaxing home has a large front porch with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and Ocean Crest Pier, great for viewing the groups of dolphins that visit in the morning and afternoon. The beach access is approximately 50 feet from home.


There is also a large back yard that provides a deck, charcoal grill, and the perfect location for volleyball, badminton, or horseshoes to enjoy with the family.


Watch the waves roll in, play in the back yard, fish on the pier, take a long walk on the beach, or just relax on the leather sofa and enjoy the weekend baseball games.


Rock away the routine grind of daily life in the comfortable chairs or read the latest summer novel.


Please note that while no pets are allowed during the rental season, during the off season pets may be present in the home. If you have severe animal allergies you may want to consider another property.
